1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LexInk's website and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers who access our AI legal assistant, consultation booking, legal notice drafting, and other services.

2. Description of Services

LexInk provides the following services:

2.1 AI Legal Assistant

An artificial intelligence-powered chatbot that provides general legal information based on Indian law. The first question is free; subsequent questions require payment of ₹100 per question.

2.2 Lawyer Consultations

Paid consultations with qualified lawyers through video calls or phone calls, starting at ₹2,500 for 30 minutes.

2.3 Legal Notice Drafting

Professional legal notice drafting service by our legal team at ₹5,000 per notice.

2.4 Legal Articles and Resources

Educational content about Indian law and legal procedures.

4. User Accounts and Registration

• You may need to provide personal information to use certain services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

• AI Assistant: First question free, ₹100 per additional question
• Lawyer Consultation: Starting at ₹2,500 for 30 minutes
• Legal Notice Drafting: ₹5,000 per notice

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

5.3 Refund Policy

• AI Questions: Non-refundable once the question is answered
• Consultations: Refundable if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled time. 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• Legal Notices: Non-refundable once work has commenced. Full refund if cancelled before work begins

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm lawyers or staff
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Use automated tools to access our Services without permission
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content on LexInk, including text, graphics, logos, AI responses, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Create derivative works based on our content

Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of AI-generated legal information
• Specific outcomes from lawyer consultations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That our Services will meet your specific requirements

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LexInk, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Information you provide being inaccurate or misleading

11. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during consultations and AI interactions as confidential. However, we may disclose information if required by law or court order.

12. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, video calling). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service issues.

13. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any Service without notice
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms at any time

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Services

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
